RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. 1 he meeting will be held under the New Zealand Grand National Steeplechase Rules where applicable. 2. No entry will f c received except on the conditions that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing, shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, their decision on all points connected ■with the carrying out of this programme to be final. 3. A qualified Hunter shall mean any horse that has been fairly hunted at least three times with any recognised pack of hounds during the season 1888 Master of Hounds certificate to be produced at the scales. 4.
