No entry will le received except on the conditions that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing, shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, their decision ou all points connected ' with, the carrying out of this programme to be final. 3. A qualified Hunter shall mean any horse that has been fairly hunted at least three times with any recognised pack of hounds during the season 1888 Master of Hounds cerlifi- » cate to be produced at the scales, 4. WEIGHTS. Weights for the Handicap Hurdle Race, Hunt Club Cup, Maiden Steeplechase, and Hunters' Flat Race, will be declared on Monday, July 30th, 1888.
