DISPUTE.
Sydney, July 3. The question of the ownership of the ] Murray river is . again m dispute between Victoria and New South Wales. The former colony claims jurisdiction over half and the latter colony claims jurisdiction over the whole of the river. The dispute is again raised by the action of New South Wales m proclaiming the river closed for net fishing for ti. reive months.
