A PATRIOTIC OFFER.
Two thousand pilots and harbor officials sent a memorial to the Queen, and offered their service to preserve a skilled out-look on the seaboard m the event of war. The Queen replied graciously thanking tbem for their kind offer, which would be taken advantage of should hostilities break out.
