Sydney, June 28 1 Parleying has ceased between the captain of the Alameda and the Maritime Labor Union, who refuse to unload the steamer while the Chinese crew are on board, Captain Morse having agreed to cable to Spreckles as to the course to be pursued. Meantime the Alameda's cargo is undischarged.
