SIR MORELL MACKENZIE.
Berlin, June 21. The "Tagblatt" states that Sir Morell Mackenzie has stated that he was aware of the dangerous nature of the malady from which the late Emperor was sufferiog so far back as February last, but did not admit it m order to obviate the necessity of a Regent being appointed.
