LOCAL GOVERNMENT BILL.
London, Jano 19 In the House of Commons Mr J. Morley moved the omission of the clause m the local Government Bill, m regard to quarter session control. The Government were defeated by a majority of 30. Lord Hartington and a number of Unionists supported Mr Morley.
