Hind w«s convicted of arjon, and is now uodargolng B'n'ence for the offenoo, and was sot represented m Court. Hind Is believed to have some money or property m England, and plaintiff who auUjrid greatly through the Ore, m consequence of hie mill not beiog insured, brought the action to recover the whole or a portion of saoh money or property. Judgment was given fur pUlntlff for the amount claimed aud costs
