CRISIS IN BULGARIA.
Sofia, June 14 M. Stambouloff, Premier, has resigned owing to m the Cabinet. The cause of disagreement between Ministers is said to have arisen over a recent sentence imposed upon M. Popofjf, one of the ex : Regents, wbo was convicted of embezzling Government moneys. Prince Ferdinand is not disposed to accept the resignation of the Premier.
