[PER PRKBB ASSOCIATION J. " Adelaide, Jane 8. Parliament has adjourned during the sittings of the Chinese^ Conference at Sydney. London, June 7. The Secretary to the Chinese Legation had a long interview with the Marquis of Salisbury to-day. (Reoeived Juue 9, 1. 10 p.m ) Sydney, June 9. Sir Henry Parkes and Mr Burns, Premier and Colonial Treasurer respectively, represent New South Wales at the Chinese Conference m this city, The Victorian delegates are Messrs Gillies and Deakin ; South Australia Messrs Playford, Kingston, Kingsland, Mcßassan; Western Australia Mr Fraser j Tasmania Mr Fysh. Sailed — Mararoa, for Russel, with twelve Chinese aboard. Adslaidb, June 9 The Government have received a cablegram from Lord Knutsford stating tho more important points to which the Imperial Government desire to direct the discussion during the ensuing Conference on tho Chinese question. The Premier has cent a despatch to the other Premiers, but the contents will not be published until it has been submitted to the Conference which meets on Tuesday,
