REFORM IN THE LORDS.
(PBB PREBB ASSOCIATION,) London, June 7. On the motion of the Earl of Cadogan a Committee has been appointed to report on what reforms could be effected m the House of Lords. The motion of the Earl of Cadogan provides for creating life peers, expelling black sheep fom the right to sit, and enabling peers to divest themselves of the right to a seat.
