The annual meeting of the Aahburton Borough Licensing O rnmlttee was held at the Courthouse at noou to-day. Present; Messrs T. Scaly (Ohairman), A. Harrison, R, Aloern, D. Thomas. RENEWALS. A Publican's License for the Royal , Hotel was granted to Margaret Toppin. , Mr Parnell appeared for the applicant. j EXTENSION. j An extension of time to 11 o'clook waa , granted to all the licensed bouses m the j Borough, vi lth the exception of the Rallr ] way Refreshment Rooms, the licensee of ( which made no application for an ezten- i slon, | LIGHTS.
