Berlin, May 30. The M Nord Deutche Zeitung " says it is to be hoped that the French will resort to reprisals m connection with the stringency of the German passports regulations, and prohibit Germans crossing the frontier without passports. By adopting such a course the danger of friction between the two nations will be lessened.
