VICTORIA.
Melbourne, May 29. Government have agreed to admit all Colonial wines, intended for exhibition at the Centennial Exhibition, free of duty. Arthur Daly, solicitor has been arrested on a charge of forging signatures to land transfer applications. A number of similar charges are pending against him, involving several thousand pounds.
