THE EMPEROR OF GERMANY.
Beklin, May 21. The Emperor and Empress drove through' the city to-day, and received a tremendous ovation. After the marriage of Prince Henry the Court will remove to Potsdam. Berlin, May 22. The health of the Emperor is improving, and he is able to take daily drives. His voice is also much stronger.
