"VTOTIOE is hereby given that at a XN Spaolal Meeting of the above Council held on Friday, the 6th day of April, 1888, a Resolution vtas passed making a Special Order repealing the existing By-laws for regulating the traffic on the Ashburton Traffic Bridge and making fresh By laws in lieu thereof. And notice is further given that a Speolal Meeting of the above Council will be held at the Council Chambers. Baring Square, Aahbucton, on FRIDAY, the Ist d*y of June, 1888, immediately alter the ordinary meating of the Council to be held on that day, for the purpose of conarming the said resolution. The said Speolal Order ia to take effect 00 the 2nd d«y of Jaly next. A oopy of the proposed Special Order, in whioh the proposed fresh By-laws are fully set forth, is deposited at the Council's office in Baring Square aforesaid, and is open to the inspection of the public every week day, during office hours.
