Barns— Olaim £3 6s 6d. — Defendant swore that he was a temperance man, that he had never run up an account at Mr Robinson's hotel, aud that he had always paid for everything he got at tbe time. — There being no one to prove delivery of the goods, judgment was given for defendant. Same vE. McAnulty— Olaim £3 Is 6d. Defendant had sold barley to Robinßon, and was given to understand that the account was Bottled when he received the money for it.— Judgment for plaintiff for 7s 6d and costs.
