Sydvby, May 11 The Lubeck has arrived from Tonga. Latest news from there reports everything quiet. The receipt of the information of the death of the late Emperor of Germany caused great excitement. King George ordered all Government officials to wear mourning. A great feast was held by natives. The mutineers of the ship Thunderbolt have been sentenced to three months' imprisonment. The crew m their, evidence alleged that they had been subjected to gross cruelty at the hands of the captain.
