Sir F. D. Bell has submitted to the Agents-General a draft BiUl dealing with unclaimed dividends on Colonial stocks. Londoh, May 11. The Bill which has been drafted by Sir F. Dillon Bell provides for the transfer to colonial revenues of unclaimed stocks and dividends after a period of ten years, subject to the rights of claimants.
