BULGARIAN AFFAIRS.
Sofia, May 10. Prince Ferdinand m addressing the Tirnova regiment said he was prepared to repeat the oath and become a Bulgarian. The achievement of ths independence of Bulgaria would be to him a sacred task and he was ready to sacrifice his life m securing it.
