Did not know if the pound waa put on any horao. — Greon aaid that the money was to go on an outaldor ; did not rooolleot the namo of tho horse Witness had half a ticket on Derby. — Tho defendant, Ronewarne, swore that the money waa pot on Donbtful. Witness had previously baoked Derby.— Tn roply to Mr Oathbartoou, the witij(>Dß admitted that one of the mon named Lowe had subsequently asked him for a chare of tho dividend, thinking the mouey had bean put on Derby.— The Uanch non-nulled the plaintiff.
