Mr Alfred Harrison reports his weekly ■ale ending Saturday, sth May, as. follows :— & Cows— A very nice lot of milch "cows were penned, the best m quality finding the moat retdy sale. Close to oalving, £4 to £5 17a 6d ; stores, etc., £2, £2 12s 6d to £3 10s. Pias— The demand is still good, prices being unchanged. Every lot was sold as follows : —Slips, 5s 9d, 7s, 8s 3d, 9s 6d ; stores, 14s, 16s to 17s. PorLTBY — tfowls, Is 3d, Is 6d, Is 9d to 2s 6d pair ; ducks, 2s 9d ; geese, 5s pair ; turkeys, 7s to 8s pair. Produce — Derwents, 3a to 4s ; chickwheat, 1b 9d to 2s ; sharps, 5s 6d to 6s 6d ; bran, 9b 9d to 3s 6d ; onions, £d to Id 1b ; mutton, l£d to 2d lb. A large quantity of furniture and effects, drapery, clothing, eto , were sold at fair prices
