Renewed reports are current that Cardinal Morgan succeeds Dr. Walsh, and groat excitement prevails throughout Ireland. London, May 2. The Nationalist party regard the appointment of Cardinal Moran as successor to Archbishop Walsh of Dublin with disfavor.
