The Emperor's cough is again troublesome, and he is feverish and weak. Some of the Berlin papers are renewing their attacks on Sir F. Morell McKenzie. Other journals eulogise him, and allude to the previous rumors regarding the designs of the German doctors m regard to the succession to the Thione.
