Mr Button now npp'led for iaatruotlona aa to the eervloe of tho notice upon Mr Rlgby, when His Honor said: — " I fvel it if vary undesirable to prcoeed against a man behind his baok, and without giving him an opportunity to meet the chorgea made against him, especially as they might h«va been brought when he waa here. There la thia, further, that Mr Rtgby did not come here and trade upon his previous raputatlon. He cime aa a freah nvin ; and ia a man to bo for ever hunted round the world for a sin once committed?
