V Westgarth's Circular" condemns the conditions attached to the last New South Wales Loan having reference to the variation m the rate of interest and the terras of redemption. The article contends that the colony sustains a loss owing to the lower price consequently realised, and asserts further that three and a half per cent issues are generally less negotiable than four per cents.
