THE POPE AND THE PLAN OF CAMPAIGN.
The Pope's condemnation of boycotting and the plan of campaign has caused intense excitement both m England and Ireland. The decision of his Holiness the Pope that Catholics should not take part m the plan of campaign has caused a tremendous shock to the priests. The "Preeman's Tournal " urges the Irish people to a policy of patience, and asserts that the plan of campaign, which is outside of the League, has been condemned.
