A vote of thanks waa unanimously pasajd to the outgoing Committee, and also to the two gentlemen who acted as scrutineers.

At the Committee meeting whioh took place afterwarde, Mr S. Oorrigan was elected Chairman, Mr Jephson consenting to acb as Secretary. The night of meeting waa fixed for the laat Wednesday m each month, and the Chairman and Mr Clothier were appointed to sign oheque3.
