Pbrth, April 24. At a public meeting to-cay the action of the Governor, Sir F. Napier Broome, m refusing to sanction the construction of the Bunbury to Darling Ranges railway, was discussed, and resolutions were passed condemning his action and asking him to reconsider the question.
