MR GORDON'S OPINION.
We learn from Wellington by tha courtesy of the Minister of Mines that 11 Mr Gordon siyb that Mount Somera is aot a mineral district. Traces of mineral may be found, but he saw no indications of metalllferona lodoa. If there be euch they are probably further baclc. Coal, limestone, and ncat-clasu bullding-atono exist.''
