THE BOULANGER AGITATION

Paris. April 21. M. Carnot fearing a Boulangor demonstration haß deferred his tour to the Southern provinces.
Paris, April 22. I| A collision has occurred between Parisian students who ridiculed Boulanger and the followers of Boulanger. The disturbance became so serious that the assistance of the police had to be called m, and finally the crowd were dispersed, but not before many of the riotors were injured.
The Chamber of Deputies has agreed to postpone the question of reforming the constitution for the present. The Cabinet has decided that M. Carnot should proceed on his tour as originally fixed.
