Melbourne, April 21, An .eight hours' demonstration took place this afternoon. There was an immense procession of representatives from all trades, and the streets were thronged with spectators.

Landgrave Frederick Wm, Nicholas Von Hesse, accompanied by his Aides-de-Camp Baron Von Hugo and Baron Von Sturk, has arrived here. He is a nephew of the late Emperor of Germany.
