Mblbouunk, April 21, Particulars of the reported collision between the steamers Oceania and Casino, show that the former vessel was going at the rate of sixteen knots through the Rip at Melbourne heads when the Casino crossed her bows. The Casino had a miraculous escape from being cut down and only escaped by a few feet,
