f?T. PETEHSBnPG. April 20. It is reported that tho Government have secured a number of steamers for the purpose of transporting troops to Bulgaria, Buoitarfst, April 20. The agrarian revolt reported some days ago ia subsiding. During the excitement tho peasants committed terrible outrages, and there were frequent encounters with the troops.
