MORE ROWS IN PARLIAMENT.
The question of appointing a DeputyChairman of Committees, owing to ihe illness of the Chairman has given rise to numerous rows m the Legislative Assembly. The question has been satisfactorily settled by the appointment of four deputies, the Speaker having the power to select and decide who shall act, but they must do so alternately.
