AFFAIRS IN FRANCE.
Paris, April 18. M. Deroulede has been re-elected to the Presidency of the French Patriotic League.
M. Sadi-Carnot, the President, visits the south of France on the 25th inst. Boulanger visits the northern provinces about the same time.
M. Floquet, m the course of recent addresses, has strongly opposed the Boulanger agitation. He stated that the first duty of the Ministry will be to unite the Chamber against Csesarism.
