ANGLICAN SYNOD.
Sydney, Apiil 18. The Anglican Synod have by a small majority negatived the proposal that the vacancies m Colonial Bishoprics should be filled from the ranks of clergy m the colonies. A motion for the suppression of bazaars m aid of Church funds was also negatived.
