Hong Kong, April 16. Cachao, the capital of Tonquin, has been devastated by a wind storm. Over a hundred people were killed, and there are a thousand injured persons ia the Hospital. [Oiohao Is a city of Anatn, capital of the province of Tonquio, on the Tonqaln River, It exports bullion, silks, and lacquored wares. The population Ia 100,000.]
