An Hotel Burned. Auckland, April 16. The Avondale hotel was burnt down last night. No particulars are yet to hand. Bobbers at Work. Wellington, April 16. A n elderly man named Richard Hogarth met with a paiofal accident on Saturday evening. As the tram was turning a comer, the man fell off the car, and one of his arms was seriously injured by the wheels, the flesh beiDg torn off from the elbow to the wrist.
