CHBIBTOHCBOH, April 11 Io the Supreme Court thla morning Martha Dalz el was charged with the murder of her son, 4 years old, on December 29, at Rakala The evidence shewed that she had tied the child to her and had walked into the river and sat down m the water. Three children gave the alarm. When found she was Insensible and the ohild was dead. They were lying about 50 yards from the stream as if ■he had crawled out. She was add ; ctod to drink and had pr« vkualy been <n the Lunatic Asylum. The jury returned a verdict of " not guilty," on the ground of Insanity,
