Sydney, April 9. The overland line is interrupted, owing to heavy storms. The Rabbit Conference will commenpe its sittings on Monday next. The Government have decided to restrict foreign warships from coming up the harbour, They will be compelled, for the future, to remain at the Quarantine ground, near the Heads. The Quarantine station will probably be removed to Broken Bay.
