BENNER'S PROPHECIES FOR 1888.
Samuel Beaner. an Ohio farmer, who baa gained considerable notoriety through the newspapers for his predictions of future events, and who a few years ago published a small volume en the ups and downs of jpricee, which had a great sale, has now coopniunicated to the " Real I K'Btate Journal," of New York, hia prophecies for the year 1888, In which he says : — "This year, 1883, being the clostnjr year m this evelo of low pMocß—eevon years from 1881 — is the golden opportunity to commence tho foundation for a business. If there Is any benefit to be derived from a knowledge of these cycles m trade, it will be m taking advantage of them. 18 Young men who are about to commence their business cnoec should embrace their present opportunity. There are but few of these chances m an ordinary life. It requires about tan years to complete an Dp and down m general trade.
