RECIPROCITY.
Ottawa, April 6. In the House of Commons of the Dominion the Government have carried an amendment m favor of partial reciprocal interchange with America, Mr Lawner, leader of the Opposition, said the Colonial allegiance would not demand limitation of foreign trade, as they considered the colonies had a right to develope their interests, even if they clashed with English interests.
