A ease was tried m the Lord Mayor's Court, lately, m which counsel said the plaintiff was endeavouring to enforco a claim for £§000 ior an infrdductipn effeoted m two conversations of two and a half ininutes eaoh — £ 1000 a minute. The aotion was brought by Mr B. L. Cramer against Messrs Elborough, of L° m ba r( l street, to recover that sum under an agreement for floating the Metropolitan and South London Musio Halls as public ooni* panics. The former was successfully launohed, but tho latter was not. The jury awarded the plaintiff £2500. We clip the following important testimonia from the " Illawarra Merourry " (N.S.W.) of the 30th Majch. It needa no comment : — " lit John Loveday, o! the Bulli Mountain, writes to us that after Buffering for four yeara with acute gravel, he' has" experienced almost I complete relief by using Sander and gone, Fyuoalypti Extract. He says seeing the said Extract advertised m the 'Illawarra Mercury, 1 his intense suffering induced him to obtain a bottle of the" medioine from Mr Hoakin^ chomist, of this town, and that tho use of it gavo him great relief at onco. Ho Btates tha between the 10, th March instant, when ' he obtained the first bot(,lo of the 'extract, and the 19th, the use of that modioino oontmued to afford him relief, to which he had been a stranger for four years. Mr Loveday writes also that he has found the Eucalypti Extract a cure for rheumatism as well as gravel. He requests us to publish this information through the ' Mercury.' We have muoh pleasure m complying with Mr Loveday's request, whose word cannot be doubted, and who can have no'objeot-in view other than a pure desire to benefit Buffering humanity."— Advt 3
