Fat Oattlb —A heavy entry, principally good quality ; steers and heifers about equally divided. A small attendance of the trade, and the enquiry anything but good, though a Bpecalative demand helped moat lines off, valaea ruling low, aay, about last week's prioea. Steers aold at from £4 15a to £7 ; hoifera and fat oowa from £3 5a to £5 12a 6d ; being at from 13a to 16a (fd per 1001 b, according to the quality.

Store Cattle— A small entry, the rough weather sadly Interfering with business. Daius- Oa.itlb -A fairly numerous entry ; no alteration to record m value 3. Fat Sheep—A larga entry was again yarded, »ho quality bolng on the whole not of iirßt-olasa quality with few exceptions, The weather was responsible for a meagre attendance and bnslneßs waa dragging, and a fall of from 6d to 9d per head waa the result. Crossbred wethera sold at from 83 to 9a 9d ; halfbreds 7a to 7a 3d ; ewes sold at from 4a 9d to 83 ; merino wethers from 3a 4d to 63 Id per head j valueß per 1b varying from 1^d v to a shade over l£d per lb, aa the quality varied.

Stobe Shbef— There was another large entry of this clasa of sheep, with only a moderate attendance of buyers. A fjood number were paised, and sales were made at a slight redaction ' on late values. Crossbred ewes sold at from 3i to 6a 0d j mixed ewes and wethera at 7d "; laruba at 33 Id. Fai Lambs — A small entry, and values much enhanced. «aloG mado at from 5a to 7s 3 1 per bejd. Pigs— Only a email entry, all lots being welt ' Competed for, and Bailing well up to late values. Porkers at from 22a' to ?la ; stores, 14s to 18a ; sows la pip, £3 to £3 8^
