FRANCE AND ITALY.

France having rejected the Italian commercial proposals parleying has been terminated.
London, March 27. It is stated that the French squadron m the Mediterranean fired twice at the Italian steamer Solferino, when between Genoa and Nice. The French Naval authorities state that the firing was accidental.
