GENERAL BOUL ANGER.
Pabis, Maroh24. General Boulaoger has been summoned to appear before a Court of Inquiry to explain the reason of his recent breach of discipline. His admirers gave him a most enthusiastic demonstration on his leaving Clermont Ferrand, and also on his arrival m Paris. The Marseilles election resulted m the return of M. Felix Pyat, who polled upwards of 40,000 votes. General Boulanger did not succeed m obtaining 10,000 votes.
