No entry will b& received except on the conditions that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shaU be decided • by the Ftewarda, or whom they may appoint. A district horse shall mean any horeo that has been commonly resident m the district between the rivera Selwyn and Opihi, from 19th January, 1888, and up to the date of the forthcoming Meeting, and owned by a parson who has resided m the said district during the same period. 4.
