Holt, the Bank manager who was committed for embezzling the Bank's moneys a couple of years ago, and whcJ is now serving his punishment at Darlinghurst gaol, is breaking dow.n ia health, and it is expected that ho will be released this w,eek. I^e has' only served half the sentence awarded him, It is stated that m consequence of the recent disorderly scenes m the House of Assembly, the Government intend to immediately propose procedure rules, one of which will provide that any member disorderly m the Chamber shall be expelled, and renderred ineligible for re-election for three years.
