COMMERCIAL RECIPROCITY.
Oitawa, Maroh 15. In the Dominion House of Commons, the Hon. Sir Richard Cartwright, K.C.M,G., member for Huron, S.R., has tabled a motion providing for. freedom of interchange of natural products between the Dominion of Canada and the United States of America, with a view to the ultimate establishment of a complete commercial reciprocity between the countries.
